Panorama Restaurant

This à la carte restaurant offers various international specialities alongside typical dishes inspired by Piedmont's renowned cuisine, reinterpreted in a modern style. Some appetising examples are the chestnut flour dumplings with melted Bettelmatt cheese and crispy leeks, the Vigezzo lamb chops glazed with herbs and cardamom, and the sirloin cut of “Fassone” veal wrapped in Ossola bacon with a Prunent grape reduction.

INFO AND OPENING HOURS

The Panorama restaurant is open from 7 to 10am for breakfast, from 12 to 2:30pm for lunch and from 7pm to 9:30pm for dinner.
