Last Hall Restaurant

The welcoming Last Hall restaurant is located in the oldest part of the Grand Hotel Dino, which was used for stabling and training horses.The new restaurant will bowl you over with attentive, generous service that fits perfectly with the beautiful location, the nearby lake, and the aromas that drift in from the garden. The space was designed by architect Paolo Maldotti, of “NU-OVO” fame, who is renowned for his ability to create spaces that mix Italian tradition with high-level design.

Hall Reception 

The welcoming atmosphere of the hall, with its fireplace, make it the ideal spot to meet for an aperitif, or sample a tasty treat or two.It boasts a generous wine list and a fascinating menu, featuring produce sourced practically on our doorstep.

Last Hall NU-OVO 

The splendid exposed-brick vaults of the old stables of the Hotel Bellevue, paired with new, elegantly minimalistic furnishings, breathe life into a unique, atmospheric space. It is a meeting of tradition and imagination – where every little creative detail is carefully considered – offering a considered selection of authentic, local ingredients woven into enticing dishes.

Last Hall Rustico

A space reserved for special events, where private parties and business meetings alike are transformed into opportunities to discover and get to know the region’s cuisine, in a setting that redefines the concept of the old Italian trattoria as an enchanting, modern experience.

Last Hall Giardino 

The romantic charm of the lake pervades the poolside gazebos of the restaurant garden. The beating heart of our restaurant, Chef Luca Canna and Giuseppe Pavan, Zacchera Hotels’ Food & Beverage Manager, invite you to sample the classic dishes of the region. With characteristic creativity, they show off local ingredients at their best, sourcing produce from around Lake Maggiore, Ossola, Novara and Langhe, and pairing it with the region’s indigenous wines.
